Terms of Service & Commercial AI Licensing

1. Educational Mission & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RoboParaPro. By accessing our platform, purchasing a commercial AI subscription (Starter, Pro, Elite), utilizing our institutional seat calculators, or executing a District/University Purchase Order, you ("Subscriber", "Educator", "Student", or "Institutional Representative") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

RoboParaPro is an educational technology and AI operations platform dedicated to empowering K-12 teachers, university students, professors, and school districts with secure, privacy-guaranteed, frontier artificial intelligence at consolidated non-profit and educational pricing.

2. Commercial AI Workspace Provisioning & Mandatory 6-Month Upfront Commitment

2.1 Why the 6-Month Term Exists

Unlike retail consumer accounts (ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro at $20/month each), commercial Business and Team workspace accounts allocate dedicated, non-public computing infrastructure, enterprise tenant boundaries, and strict zero-training privacy pipelines directly with OpenAI and Anthropic. Foundation model providers require an upfront multi-month compute and licensing reservation to provision these institutional workspaces.

2.2 Subscriber Billing Terms

• Pro Plan ($15.00/month): Provides official commercial ChatGPT Business (ChatGPT SOL 6.1 featuring Astra & Terra). Total initial commitment is $90.00 (covering the required 6-month initial provisioning term). Renews month-to-month or per 6-month semester thereafter.
• Elite Dual AI Plan ($25.00/month): Provides BOTH official commercial ChatGPT Business AND official Claude Team (Sonnet-Opus 5 + Fable 5.1*) accounts. Total initial commitment is $150.00 (covering the required 6-month initial provisioning term for both platforms). Renews month-to-month thereafter.
• Campus & University Cohort Volume ($12.50/seat/month): Available for academic departments, Student Government Associations (SGA), research labs, and student organizations with 10+ seats. Billed on a semester (6-month) or annual institutional basis.

3. 100% Zero-Training Privacy, FERPA, COPPA & IP Ownership

Privacy in education is non-negotiable. Standard consumer AI tools train future public models on your students' essays, IEP drafts, exam questions, and proprietary research datasets. RoboParaPro eliminates this risk entirely.

4. Model Architectures & Service Delivery SLA

4.1 Frontier Model Nomenclature & Access

Subscribers receive genuine commercial accounts configured with the latest foundation models:

• OpenAI Commercial Business Tier: Access to ChatGPT SOL 6.1 (featuring Astra & Terra) with advanced reasoning, Python code execution, and high-resolution DALL-E image generation.
• Anthropic Commercial Team Tier: Access to Claude Team (Sonnet-Opus 5 + Fable 5.1*) with 200,000+ token context windows for full curriculum and dissertation analysis. (*Fable 5.1 is accessible within the workspace via included token credits.)

4.2 72-Hour Onboarding & Account Delivery Guarantee

Upon completing your subscription or institutional purchase order, our automated provisioning system assigns and provisions your dedicated commercial workspace credentials. Workspace activation details are guaranteed to be delivered within 72 business hours directly to your registered educational or personal email.

5. Billing, Renewals, $25 Elite Roadmap & Cancellation

5.1 Payment Processing

Individual subscriptions are securely billed via Stripe using major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All currency amounts are in United States Dollars ($ USD).

5.2 Free Claude & ChatGPT for Educators Strategy & $25 Elite Auto-Merge

For verified K–12 educators claiming Anthropic's promotional 1-Year Free Claude for Teachers program (claude.com/solutions/teachers) and/or OpenAI's Free ChatGPT for Educators program (chatgpt.com/k12-verification): Whenever those free educator promotions conclude, hit rate limits, or when educators wish to unlock unrestricted commercial models (ChatGPT SOL 6.1 Astra & Terra + Claude Fable 5.1*), Red Pen Verification, and TextVey, Subscribers may upgrade directly to our $25/month Elite tier. RoboParaPro guarantees a seamless account consolidation, ensuring educators never have to pay full $40/month retail rates.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their recurring subscription at any time by accessing the billing portal or emailing support@roboparapro.com. After the conclusion of the initial mandatory 6-month commitment period, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no penalty. Prepaid commitment periods are non-refundable once workspace tenant licenses have been provisioned with the underlying AI providers.

6. University, SGA & K-12 District Purchase Orders

6.1 Purchase Orders & Invoicing (NET30)

Colleges, Universities, Student Government Associations (SGA), and K-12 School Districts purchasing 10 or more seats are eligible for direct billing via institutional Purchase Orders (PO) with NET30 terms, payable by Check, ACH, or Wire Transfer.

6.2 Volume Rates & Seat Adjustments

• Higher Ed / Student Org Volume: $12.50 / seat / month (10 to 5,000+ seats).
• District Single Platform: $13.50 / seat / month (10 to 1,500+ seats).
• District Dual Platform Bundle: $22.50 / seat / month (10 to 1,500+ seats).

Institutions may add additional seats at their locked contractual rate at any time during their annual or semester agreement.

7. Red Pen Fact-Checking & Academic Integrity

RoboParaPro includes the proprietary Red Pen Verification Protocol, designed to cross-examine AI-generated assertions and eliminate hallucinations before submission.

Users acknowledge that AI systems are assistive tools and should be used in compliance with institutional honor codes, university academic integrity policies, and school district guidelines. Users retain ultimate responsibility for verifying factual citations and the final accuracy of academic deliverables.
