What is the customer commitment and cancellation policy?
To offset the significant upfront software licensing, administrative seat provisioning, and personalized educator onboarding across enterprise Claude and ChatGPT workspaces, paid subscriptions (including our $25/mo Elite tier) require an initial mandatory six-month commitment ($150 total commitment, billed monthly at $25/month). You may submit a cancellation request at any time; however, cancellations take effect upon completion of your initial 6-month term. Following the 6-month commitment, your subscription continues on a flexible month-to-month basis cancellable with 30 days notice.
